Urgent Medical Care:

Tracy Urgent Care provides high quality urgent care services for minor injuries or illnesses that require immediate care. We have a board certified physician on duty who will provide high quality medical care quickly and compassionately. We are open seven days per week with extended hours. We provide service for patients of all ages. No appointments are necessary, but we do provide appointments when requested. We offer less waiting time and are less expensive than visiting the Emergency Room.Urgent Care Services include, but are not limited to:

	Minor Lacerations
	Sinus or Ear Infections
	Upper Respiratory Infection
	Minor Burns
	Seasonal Allergies
	Sprains
	Other non-life-threatening injuries

Tracy Urgent Care is dedicated to convenient and cost-effective care. We accept most insurances and offer reasonable rates for patients without insurance.

Primary Medical Care

Tracy Urgent Care provides high quality primary care, routine physical check-up, and medical consultation for the whole family. Our board certified physicians have vast experience in Internal Medicine/Family Practice and can help you with all health care needs (i.e. diabetes, high blood pressure, asthma, arthritis, heart disease). We are committed to providing compassionate, excellent, and effective health care for the whole family. We emphasize prevention, early detection, and effective treatment of illness for our patients. Primary Care Services include the following:

	High quality medical care for the whole family
	Physical exams including school, sports, and pre-employment
	DOT/DMV exams
	INS exams
	All immunizations including Tetanus and flu shots

We are currently accepting new patients and all major insurances.

OCCUPATIONAL MEDICAL CARE

Tracy Urgent Care provides high quality occupational medical care for the employers. Our occupational health program is designed to help maintain a healthy work force and control the cost associated with employee physicals, health screenings, on-the-job injuries, and employee rehabilitation. At Tracy Urgent Care we believe in returning injured employees back to work as quickly and safely as possible in effort to minimize lost work time and improve productivity.Occupational Medical Care services include the following:

	Pre employment physicals
	Drug screenings
	DOT exams
	Breath alcohol testing
	TB testing
	Flu shots and immunizations
	Fitness for duty exams
	Pulmonary function testing (spirometry)

Occupational services are available seven days per week with extended hours.
